Good Morning Ladies,

My goodness the rain has come down pretty heavy most of the night. I must say at least it is not snow. Can you imagine, none of us would be going anywhere.

I ran the ship at the store yesterday. I always love being there. I did quite a bit of shopping myself. New goodies to work with.

Joan stopped by with some of her scrapbook pages she has created. So I took photos. Watch for them to be featured in the near future.

I was not much in the mood to cook last night. So we had a favorite of mine. ... grilled chesse and tomatoe soup. It turned out good. I know how can you mess up grilled cheese and tomatoe soup? Well, I can attest it can be done. LOL

I left a heritage page I created with the Websters pages up at the store. If you stamp on in and take a peek, it really is my grandparents on my father's side. I do so much creating with my fake family I just wanted to alert you of the fact that Yes this is my real family.

When creating that heritage page I discovered something about vellum quotes and words. I am going to share that dicovery with you. If you take your vellum quote and rub a glue stick to cover the whole back of the piece and then stick it to your layout, you will have not adhesive show through. Amazing how sometimes the simplest thing is stitting right in front of us and we never try it.

Here is the last set of October scrapbook club pages.....

This set was created by me ....Mrs. Swandog.I used the glitter candy paper for my background. Then added mats, bats, and ghosts. The boo piece opens up for journaling. I stamped a halloween image from US Art Quest in staz-on and colorized it with water color pencils and brushed with water for a watercolor effect.

Well....off to wake up Sam for school...

Happy Scraps,

Mrs. Swandog
